What Hunters Should Expect -

Hunters are to arrive the day prior to the hunt. They are responsible for an ILLINOIS HUNTING LICENSE, gun, & bow & arrows. SOUTHFORK OUTFITTERS provides a full service hunt, lodging, meals, guiding, meat & trophy care and preparation for shipping. Meat processing, taxidermy fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the hunter. To reserve your hunt a 30% deposit of the hunt price is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your beginning hunt date. Deposits will not be refunded in case of cancellation deposits can be transferred to another hunt if made within 60 days of your original reserved hunt. Taking a trophy is free ranged no high fence. License fees are the responsibility of the hunter.

As part of our deer management hunters must harvest a 130+ buck. Any buck not meeting this criteria will result in the hunter paying an additional $750.00 fine.

The hunter is also encouraged to shoot at least one doe while hunting.
